WritersBox is built by Logan Brander, a film student in Canada who answers his own email. Say what you actually mean rather than filing a ticket, and you'll get a reply from someone who knows the code.
No contact form. A form on a static site needs a third party in the middle, reading your message before he does.

Your account is misbehaving
The confirmation email never came, the sign-in won't take, or you've run out of machines and can't get one off the list. Say which and it gets sorted by hand.
Something looks wrong
Say what you were doing and what the screen said, with a screenshot if you've one. Small visual faults are the most useful reports there are, because they're the hardest to see from the inside.
You aren't sure it fits
Ask before spending an evening on it. One writer at a time, no live collaboration, nothing on a phone, and the installer is Windows only. If any of that's a problem, better to know now than after a month of work.
You want to know when it goes on sale

Your writing stays yours
WritersBox claims no rights over a single word you write in it. Your work sits on your own disk, nothing is uploaded, and nothing is read by anything. If you email a script over, that's you choosing to, and it lands in one person's inbox.
The legal bits are written
The privacy notice, the terms and the beta terms are all up and worth two minutes if you're the sort who reads them. The short version: your writing never reaches me.
